About Our
Organization
From Our Hands began in 2024 as a student-led community art project at Shenzhen Middle School. We create handmade pottery pieces that carry warmth and stories. Each holiday season, our members collect wishes in advance from children with cognitive barriers, as well as from their teachers and caregivers at local welfare centers, then design and craft personalized ceramic gifts which we deliver to them in person.
Beyond sharing art, we sell our works through this website to raise funds for institutions supporting children with special needs, and we also volunteer regularly at these centers. So far, we have established long-term partnerships with welfare institutions across 3 districts.
We welcome volunteers from different schools and districts to join us. Together, we hope to fill ordinary days with a touch of care, color, and connection.
